Minimum Order Value 

£150 (excluding VAT & carriage)

 

Payment Policy 

In season stock orders will not be dispatched until paid in full.

 

VAT 

Prices are subject to 20% VAT for UK customers, but not for EU customers who are VAT registered or customers outside of the EU. Orders are dispatched from the UK and may incur an import duty and taxes depending on the customs regime of the receiver's country.

 

Trade Descriptions 

We endeavour to describe our goods as accurately as possible, however slight variations in colour and size may occur due to the handmade nature of the materials and manufacturing process.

 

Post & Insurance

Orders over £500 to UK Mainland addresses are carriage paid. 

All other orders will attract a postage fee based on the weight and destination of the order. We will endeavour to find the cheapest option for you, unless you wish to use your own courier. This cost will be added to the final invoice. 

Pls note - the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage of goods from our UK warehouse to the delivery address. Please let us know if you require insurance prior to us sending the order.

 

Order Processing and Delivery Orders are processed from our warehouse in the UK and dispatched once the final balance has been received. Goods dispatched to the UK are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

Overseas customers will be advised of estimated delivery times.

 

Returns and Refunds 

Please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of any damaged goods or errors with your order. The Basket Room reserve the right to not accept returns if notified later than this. Unused, faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving notification.

 

Privacy Policy 

The Basket Room will not share your details with any third party.
