Frühlingszeit im Basket Room

Seit unserem letzten Journal im Februar waren wir hinter den Kulissen so beschäftigt! Von der Einführung unserer neuen SS23-Kollektionen über die Bearbeitung von zwei Containerlieferungen bis hin zur Abwicklung von Bestellungen von 4.629 Körben ... und das erst in den letzten drei Monaten.

Es war Frühsommer 2022, meine Mitbegründerin Camilla, die die Produktion in Kenia leitet, hatte gerade ihren Mutterschaftsurlaub begonnen, um ihre wunderschöne Tochter Effie zu bekommen. Gleichzeitig ging auch unsere Produktionskoordinatorin Peris in Mutterschaftsurlaub, um ihre Tochter Thelma auf der Welt willkommen zu heißen! Tabz, der in Nairobi lebt, hatte einige Wochen intensives Training bei Camilla und Peris absolviert und war daher bereit, die Produktionsabteilung zu übernehmen, wobei ich die Leitung und Leitung übernehmen sollte. Wir waren bereit für die Herausforderung!
